Sepide joined Idarah in May 2021 as Chief Executive Officer with more than 9 years of experience in the corporate services industry and focus on corporate structuring, corporate governance, corporate secretarial services, and fiduciary services, including structures such as foundations and family offices.

Prior to joining Idarah, Sepide worked for an international listed firm focusing on DIFC and ADGM regulated and non-regulated entities, as well as a Swiss Headquartered corporate service provider and consultancy firm.

Sepide holds an LL.M from the University Paris II Pantheon-Assas in Paris, France, and bachelor’s degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Germany.
