Remy Hanna joined the Idarah team in June 2023 as Corporate Advisor, and is handling a portfolio of UAE based companies, with a majority of ADGM and DIFC companies.

Her area of expertise originally covered litigation, and she has since made the shift to the commercial and corporate practices of the law in the Middle East region, with a focus on incorporation services, corporate governance, structuring and restructuring of entities, and company secretarial services particularly within the ADGM and DIFC.

Remy has previously advised regional and international clients on joint venture, franchise and distribution, labor, and various other commercial agreements, and has established major corporations and business interests in Lebanon and Arab countries.

Remy is a qualified lawyer in the Beirut Bar Association and is a native Arabic and French speaker and fluent in English.
