Aws joined Peregrine in March 2022 as Corporate Services Manager, bringing over 13 years of experience in corporate services, governance, and secretarial services. Since the firm’s startup, Aws has been a key contributor to its success and now manages a portfolio of more than 100 companies across the UAE (onshore and offshore) and KSA.

Prior to joining Peregrine, Aws worked with a global leader in corporate services, advising DIFC and ADGM-regulated and non-regulated entities, and also gained experience at a local UAE corporate services firm and a high-net-worth family office. AB holds a Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance and is fluent in Arabic (native) and English.

Following the merger of Peregrine and Idarah in July 2025, Aws was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the combined entity. In this role, he leads day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across jurisdictions. With extensive experience across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait, Aws has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. By combining regional expertise with a client-centric approach, he ensures that every project is executed in full compliance with regulatory standards while exceeding client expectations. Known for his collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving, Aws consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that strengthen long-term partnerships and drive sustainable success.
