What Can Be Reported?
- You can use this portal to report any concerns related to, but not limited to: Fraud, bribery, or corruption Violation of company policies or procedures Harassment, discrimination, or bullying Safety violations or environmental concerns Financial misconduct or irregularities Conflicts of interest Any other unethical or illegal activities
How to Submit a Report
- 1. Complete the Report Form: Provide detailed information about your concern, including who is involved, what happened, when it happened, and any evidence you may have.
- 2. Choose Your Identity Preference: You have the option to submit your report anonymously or provide your contact details for follow-up. All reports, whether anonymous or not, will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
- 3. Submit Your Report: Once your report is complete, click the submit button. Your report will be securely transmitted to our Whistleblowing Officer for review and action.
Confidentiality and Anonymity
- We understand the sensitivity of whistleblowing and the importance of protecting your identity. We assure you that all reports are handled confidentially, and the identity of whistleblowers will be protected to the fullest extent possible. If you choose to remain anonymous, we will not seek to identify you.

Protection Against Retaliation: - darah strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Retaliation against whistleblowers is a serious violation of our policies and will result in disciplinary action.
What Happens After You Report?
- 1. Acknowledgment: Once your report is received, you will receive an acknowledgment of your submission (unless you choose to remain anonymous).
- 2. Review and Investigation: Your report will be reviewed by our compliance department, depending on the nature of the concern. If necessary, a thorough investigation will be conducted.
- 3. Outcome: Based on the investigation, appropriate actions will be taken to address the issue. You may be informed of the outcome, subject to confidentiality considerations.
