Rami Dahdah joined the Idarah team in March 2023 as Company Formation Specialist, focusing on company formations in ADGM, DIFC, Saudi Arabia. Rami’s in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Market, and strong communication skills helped him to build a network of professionals in various industries in the region, and especially in ADGM where he is based.

Rami is actively seeking for updates in the region and supporting clients in providing the details, requirements and guidance needed to establish a company in the ADGM, DIFC or Saudi Arabia. He is passionate about building relationships with clients and helping further their commercial needs.

Rami holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University in the U.K. and previously completed a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering obtained from the University of Liverpool in the U.K. before he made the switch to the legal world.

Rami is a native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
